vprecycle.com describes our concrete and asphalt recycling yard in Chula Vista, California, the materials we accept, the recycled products we sell, and how to reach us. It is not an online store and does not process orders or payments. All business is done in person at the yard or by phone and email.

Information about accepted materials, dump rules, fees, pricing, and hours is provided for convenience and may change without notice. In particular:

• Every load is inspected on arrival. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.
• Loads containing dirt, excessive rebar or wire, oversize material (larger than 2 × 2 × 2 feet), trash, or hazardous materials may be refused or charged additional fees.
• After-hours dumping is by prior arrangement only and is subject to a reopening fee.
• Recycled material pricing and availability are confirmed by phone or at the yard, not on this website.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote. The terms of any transaction are those agreed at the yard or in writing at the time of the transaction.

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with it.
• Do not attempt to access non-public parts of the site, scrape it, or introduce malicious code.
• Comply with all applicable laws when hauling material to or from our yard, including load securement, weight limits, and hazardous-material rules.

The VP Recycling Materials Inc name, logo, photos, videos, and text on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in doing business with us. You may not copy, republish, or use our logo or content for any other purpose without written permission.

The site includes an embedded Google Map and links to services such as Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep information accurate, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VP Recycling and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including wasted trips, hauling costs, or lost time. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under California law.

You agree to indemnify and hold VP Recycling harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
