Concrete & Asphalt Hauling
Containers and trucks to your job site — all of San Diego County
Not every job has a truck to spare. VP Recycling Materials Inc now brings the hauling to you: we drop a container or send a truck to your job site, you fill it with concrete and asphalt, and we haul it back to our yard in Chula Vista to be recycled.

Two ways to haul
- Container drop
- We place a container on site. Fill it as the tear-out goes; we pick it up or swap it when it is full.
- Truck pickup
- Material already broken out and piled? We send a truck at the agreed time and load it out in one visit.
- Either way
- It all ends at our yard in Chula Vista, where it is recycled into base material.
How it works
- 1
Call with the job
Tell us the address, what you are tearing out, roughly how much, and when you want it gone. We will recommend a container or a truck and give you a quote.
- 2
We drop the container
A container is placed where you tell us on site, or a truck arrives at the agreed time. You fill it with clean concrete and asphalt — nothing else.
- 3
We haul it away
When it is full, or on the day you booked, our driver picks it up and hauls it straight to 850 Energy Way. Need another? We swap it out.
- 4
It gets recycled
Your material is crushed into recycled base at our yard instead of being buried. Ask about base material delivery on the return trip.
What we haul
Our containers and trucks carry what our yard recycles: concrete and asphalt. The same gate rules apply to a container as to a load you bring yourself — clean, sorted, and sized right. Read the dump rules.
What goes in
- Broken concrete — slabs, footings, curbs, sidewalks, block
- Torn-out asphalt — chunks from tear-outs and grindings from milling
- Pieces no larger than 2 × 2 × 2 feet, with rebar and wire cut back
What stays out
- Dirt, mud, or soil mixed into the load
- Trash, wood, plastic, drywall, or general construction debris
- Hazardous materials of any kind
- Mixed loads with anything other than concrete and asphalt — call first
Who uses it
- General contractors without a spare truck or driver
- Demolition and flatwork crews on multi-day tear-outs
- Pool removal and backyard renovation companies
- Landscapers and hardscape installers
- Property managers and HOAs replacing lots, walks, and curbs
- Homeowners who would rather not rent a trailer

Common questions
- What areas do you haul from?
- All of San Diego County, from the South Bay to North County and East County. The closer the job is to our Chula Vista yard, the faster the turnaround.
- Container or truck — which should I ask for?
- A container works when the tear-out happens over a day or more and you want somewhere to put material as you go. A truck works when the pile is already broken out and ready to load in one visit. Tell us the job and we will recommend.
- How fast can you get a container to me?
- Often within a day or two during the week. Call as early as you can with your dates and we will fit you in.
- What can go in the container?
- Clean concrete and asphalt only, in pieces no larger than 2 × 2 × 2 feet, with rebar and wire cut back. Dirt, trash, and anything hazardous cannot go in — a contaminated container is charged extra or refused at the yard.
- How is hauling priced?
- By the haul, based on distance, how much material, and how many trips. Call (619) 708-5358 with the job details for a quote. Clean, sorted material keeps the price down.
- Can you deliver recycled base material too?
- Ask when you book. If the truck is coming to your site anyway, we can often bring base material on the same trip.
